Job Description

An office coordinator (Educational Consultancy) provides essential administrative support, managing daily office operations, scheduling appointments, handling communications, and maintaining organized records to ensure the smooth functioning of the consultancy and support its educational services for clients. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing correspondence, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings and travel, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, and assisting staff with administrative tasks related to clients and educational resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to educational consultants and other staff.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, maintaining a well-organized and systematic filing system (both physical and digital), and coordinating office maintenance or repair requests.
  • Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phones, and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for both internal staff and clients, as well as manage travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records, including client data and important documents, and assist with data entry and updates in relevant databases.
  • Support for Consultants: Assist educational consultants with client-related tasks, such as preparing materials, following up on inquiries, and facilitating the logistical delivery of consultant services.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office software and systems.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing documents, data, and schedules.
  • Customer Service: A welcoming demeanor and the ability to provide excellent service to clients and visitors.
  • Discretion: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
