Job Description

You will be responsible for facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams. Additionally, you will work closely with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals. Your role will also involve ensuring that all activities are in line with local, federal, industry, and company standards. You will be required to observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, as well as identify and resolve any problems in the production process. - Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams - Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals - Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards - Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvements - Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process - Bachelor's degree required - 1 year of total work experience preferred - Male candidates preferred (Note: The work location is in person, and the job type is full-time, permanent, and suitable for fresher candidates. The schedule for this role is in the morning shift.),
