Operation Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams. Working closely with team leaders, managers, and department heads, you will learn about departmental needs and goals. Your role will involve ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards. Additionally, you will observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made, as well as identifying and resolving any problems in the production process. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams - Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals - Ensure all activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards - Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement - Identify and resolve any problems in the production process Qualifications Required: - Male candidates preferred - Bachelor's degree required - 1 year of total work experience preferred Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, suitable for fresher candidates. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and the work location is in person.
