Job Description

Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day logistics, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor logistics staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures. Shipment & Delivery: Coordinate and monitor the entire shipment lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient movement of goods. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage cycle counts, and ensure order fulfillment accuracy. Process Improvement: Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and generate performance reports. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve logistical issues, discrepancies, and customer service challenges promptly.
