Company OverviewWe are a growing custom T-shirt printing and gifting company, catering to individual and corporate orders. We specialize in print-on-demand T-shirts and customized gifting solutions, where every order is printed as per customer requirement and dispatched with quick turnaround times. Our focus is on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Operate and manage T-shirt printing machines and printers Take accurate prints as per order requirements (design, size, color, quantity) Perform T-shirt printing, heat press, and basic quality checks Maintain and track inventory of blank T-shirts, inks, papers, packaging materials, and consumables Update inventory records and highlight low-stock items in advance Pack orders neatly and prepare them for dispatch Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch Ensure orders are completed and shipped within committed timelines Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of printing equipment and workspace Report daily order status and production updates to the team
