Description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract staffing basis in Bangalore and Noida. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles
Managing end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various sources
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates skills and fit for the role
Negotiating and finalizing offers with candidates
Collaborating with hiring managers and understanding their recruitment needs
Maintaining recruitment trackers and preparing reports
Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies

Skills and Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and contract staffing
Strong understanding of the job market context of India
Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidates skills and fit for the role
Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS, CRM, and HRMS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
