Head - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to meet hiring needs.
Source and attract candidates using
job portals
and other innovative platforms.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Utilize
Excel
(basic to advanced skills) for data analysis and reporting.
Leverage experience in
overseas recruitment for Gulf countries
to identify and acquire top international talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure the timely delivery of quality hires.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Proven experience in recruitment leadership roles.
Proficiency in sourcing tools such as
