Working Days : 6 days - Monday to Saturday ( Work from Office).

Responsibilities:
1. Job Posting and Advertising: Publish job openings on company websites, social media, and job boards.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Search for potential candidates through databases, referrals, and online platforms.
3. Resume Screening: Review and filter resumes to identify qualified candidates.
4. Initial Interviews: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.
5. Candidate Management: Coordinate with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide updates.
6. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
