Roles and Responsilbility

  • Should have strong communication.
  • Must have experience in handling bulk/volume hiring.
  • Understanding the Technical & actively involved from head hunting till onboarding.
  • Should be confident enough to handle the various crowds.
  • Strong knowledge on MS Excel, PPT.
  • Must coordinate with department manager to close the position.
  • Participating in salary negotiation and releasing offer.
  • Ensure that all position is hired as per TAT.
  • Coordinate with all the department heads for recruitment.
  • Handling the recruitment Issues & Queries.
  • Preparing & maintaining recruitment reports.
  • Sourcing and screening profiles.

Requirements

  • Any Graduation.
  • Minimum experience range 2 to 4 years(preferably Non-tech recruitment Bulk/Volume).
  • Work from office.
