Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end international payroll processes across multiple countries
Configure, support, and maintain SAP HR Payroll and Time Management modules
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll including deductions, benefits, and statutory compliance
Manage employee time data, leave management, and attendance processing in SAP Time Management
Work closely with HR and finance teams to integrate payroll with SAP FI/CO
Troubleshoot payroll and time management issues and provide effective solutions
Implement and support enhancements, process improvements, and system upgrades in Payroll and Time Management modules
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international payroll regulations
