Job Description

Looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The position is based in PAN India, and the candidate should be available to join immediately.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and manage SAP HCM systems, including payroll processing and employee data management.
Provide expertise in SAP HCM modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits Administration.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on SAP HCM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM implementation and maintenance.
Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other systems.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits Administration.
Experience in implementing and managing SAP HCM systems, including payroll processing and employee data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
