Job Description

Candidates with 10 + years experience with minimum two Implementations experience is must. Provide expert advice on SAP HR /HCM / other HR application support functionalities and Business Process including end user documentation with respect to the SAP HR module in SAP ECC & other HR applications. Provide guidance to SAP Power users and support the test plan of testing SAP HR functionality for the required Business processes and ensuring that all scenarios are covered in SAP HR /HCM module and other HR applications. Provide solutions on improving overall business process performance in the SAP HR/HCM domain using best Business processes including compiling the various parameters required for the standard / customized configurations. Should be able to collect & analyze SAP HR Power users requirements on the following: Determine reporting requirements: Standard SAP Reports and any Customized Reporting required in other non-SAP HR applications Conduct unit tests based on SAP Power user defined scenarios. Assist in the development of business process descriptions. Business Process improvement ideas with respect to the SAP HR module & other HR applications Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements. Conduct implementation & training workshops, including developing and conducting presentations for the SAP Power users and End Users Responsible for Problem and Change Management Create/ update/ review KEDB and K-Base entries Carry out Root Cause Analysis for Problem Tickets or Repeat Incidents Collect User requirement and Prepare Functional specification for the CR s and explain to Technical team the requirement Responsible for Test plan preparation of CR s Conduct Functional testing for complex CR s Provide functional insights to Technical team Create/Update and Maintain Documentation Responsible for understanding and documenting Functional Specifications and review the Technical Specifications to ensure all requirements have been met End User Training material based on new functionalities, changes and End User feedback in terms of Business Process related Do s and Dont s Application test scenarios for end to end testing K-Base entries for First Time Fix (FTF) Functional/ Technical documentation required for the sustenance of the System/ application Other responsibilities Participate in Disaster Recovery Drills and be prepared for ensuring smooth continuity of Business during an actual Disaster event Participate in projects as required
