Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of promoters and merchandisers
2. Ensure brand visibility, product availability, and sales targets are met
3. Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance
4. Provide training and guidance to team members
5. Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence
6. Manage inventory, reports, and other documentation
7. Collaborate with sales team and other stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Experience in FMCG sales, promotion, or merchandising
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
