Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define company strategy, goals, and KPIs.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across departments and projects.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives and report key metrics to stakeholders.

  • Track and drive completion of strategic initiatives, including EPC delivery, ATMS rollouts,

and MLFF projects.

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, performance metrics, and review frameworks (TIP, PMO, HRBP).

  • Prepare board presentations, strategic notes, and investor briefs.

2. Project Oversight & Coordination

  • Oversee high-priority or cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Identify project dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support project managers with planning, resourcing, and interdepartmental coordination.

3. Leadership & Culture Alignment

  • Support CEO in developing leadership alignment around Promoter Mindset and

Stakeholder Equity vision.

  • Partner with HRBP to embed performance-linked culture and operational accountability.
  • Drive communication flow between the CEO and department heads (EPC, Finance, PMO,

HR, Procurement).

4. Executive Operations & Decision Support

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and strategic communications.
  • Manage follow-up and accountability for decisions made in executive meetings.

5. Team Leadership & Culture

  • Support leadership alignment by facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop emerging leaders and project management staff.

6. Process & Operational Efficiency

  • Analyze and optimize workflows, tools, and processes for better project execution.
  • Implement systems for performance tracking, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for projects.

  • Liaise with partners such as FETC, Valmont, Rithwik Projects, and technology

collaborators for progress alignment.

  • Coordinate due diligence, MoUs, and investor discussions under

  • CEO direction

    .• Oversee special initiatives such as valuations, SPV structuring, and manufacturing partnerships.
