Position: Manager – Project Planning & Control
Department: Project Management
Experience Required: 15+ years in civil infrastructure and highway projects
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project planning, control, and execution for large-scale civil and highway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in project management, contract administration, stakeholder coordination, and cost control, with a proven track record of delivering projects ahead of schedule and within budget.
- Develop and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MSP.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly progress tracking, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage contractual correspondence, tender review, estimation, and contract documentation.
- Drive progress acceleration through workflow optimization, advanced construction methodologies, and proactive risk management.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of bridges, corridors, and expressway sections.
- Oversee material management, site safety compliance, and statutory clearances.
- Prepare detailed BOQ reviews, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Secure and manage Change of Scope (COS) approvals and deviations, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Implement cost-control measures to achieve measurable savings and enhance project value.
- Liaise with government authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors to align objectives and resolve challenges.
- Lead CXO-level reporting and progress updates, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Standardize processes across projects, enhancing execution visibility and reducing delays.
Education
- B.E./Diploma (Civil Engineering)
Technical Skills
- Primavera P6, MSP, MS Office
- AutoCAD, Auto Plotter
- SAP (Basic & Hana S/4), ERP (Far Vision)
- IPMS
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
