Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and academically accomplished fresher to join the CEOs

Office as a Business Analyst. This role is designed for someone who has consistently

excelled in academics, shown strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities, and is

eager to apply structured thinking to real-world business challenges.

The position offers direct exposure to the CEO, including opportunities to travel to project

sites, business meetings, and client interactions across India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business problem-solving, and

market analysis.

• Conduct research, financial analysis, and data interpretation to support decision

making.

• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for board meetings,

investors, and stakeholders.

• Assist in business modeling, operational reviews, and strategic planning.
• Accompany the CEO on project site visits, client meetings, and business trips, ensuring

detailed follow-ups and documentation.

• Liaise with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, projects, technology) to gather

insights and develop recommendations.

• Take ownership of short-term analytical assignments with precision and attention to

detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong Academic Credentials:

- 95%+ in Mathematics in both 10th and 12th board examinations.

- Graduate from Delhi University with excellent results.

- Post-graduation with strong marks in a relevant field.

• Analytical Aptitude: Proven through academic projects and demonstrated business

acumen.

• Travel Orientation: Loves to travel and is excited to accompany the CEO for on-site

reviews, business meetings, and industry events.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to structure complex issues into actionable solutions.
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and structured in both written and verbal

formats.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to analytical tools is an

advantage.• Attitude: Integrity, adaptability, high ownership, and eagerness to learn from senior

leadership.
