Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Development of objectives and strategies, as well as the development of plans and presentations, to meet key clients marketing and business objectives.
Collation and interpretation of competitive and other research data.
Have a deep understanding of business, target audiences and wider communications environment, including a sound understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
Listen, identify, and articulate compelling category / brand drivers and barriers, cultural and channel relationship insights.
Understand, embrace, and integrate client and creative agency research into plans.
Package strategic frameworks, contextual frameworks and engagement ideas for clarity and client presentation.
Guide social media programs to align with broader client objectives ; develop messaging architectures and content pillar frameworks.
Take ownership of the research, strategizing, briefing, and creative output alignment for new business pitches.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.
8-10 years of integrated account planning experience (mainline and digital) (advertising agency background is a must)
High client relationship skills, including experience interacting and presenting to senior-level clients.
Conversant with major desktop research tools and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gamma etc ;
Conversant with qualitative research techniques.
Good quantitative skills, analytical abilities and math proficiency.
