Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Head to lead and manage

the companys overall sales and marketing strategies across all branches. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, expanding

market presence, and ensuring alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with business

objectives.

institute, established in 1996.

From the day it was established as an Institute for Multimedia Arts & Graphic Effects

(IMAGE), it has been offering highly professional courses in the Design and Media fields.

today with over 32 fully operational Digital Media training institutes that have trained over

72,000 students and assisted them in charting a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with

company goals.

• Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to regional and branch sales and

marketing teams.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new

opportunities.

Sales Management:

• Set and achieve sales targets across branches through structured planning and

execution.

• Establish performance metrics, monitor sales pipelines, and ensure regular

performance reviews.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business

partnerships.

Marketing Management:

• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print,

events, etc.).

• Drive brand positioning, visibility, and lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams for promotional strategies and market

launches.

Team & Operations Oversight:

• Coordinate with branch heads to ensure consistency and synergy in sales and

marketing efforts.

• Implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure CRM and reporting tools are effectively used for sales tracking and customer

engagement.

Travel:

• Willing to travel frequently to various branches for reviews, team meetings, client

visits, and market analysis.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in senior sales and marketing roles, preferably in a

multi-branch environment.

• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability.
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
