Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies for a major application area, aligning them with business and application requirements. Your role will involve analyzing and evaluating alternative technology solutions to address business problems and providing technical guidance on set-up requirements, configuration, and customization of technical applications. As the highest point of in-house escalation, you will handle complex user issue problem diagnosis and resolution, collaborating with vendor technical resources when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the highest point of in-house escalation for complex user issue problem diagnosis and resolution - Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to address business problems - Provide technical guidance on set-up requirements, configuration, and customization of technical applications - Collaborate with vendor technical resources for issues that cannot be resolved internally - Identify policies and requirements driving specific solutions - Ensure integration of all aspects of technology solutions - Review Technical Applications software and hardware systems, data requirements, communications, and response needs - Review application documentation to support technical queries and workflow changes - Provide training, coaching, and guidance to less experienced technical applications support staff - Implement improvements to the configuration and usage of the application(s) - Specify data requirements and configure workshare environments - Generate query forms and reports to communicate data discrepancies, omissions, completion trending, and status updates - Represent the company at external conferences and user forums - Stay updated on developments within the application domain Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training - Relevant experience in a project execution environment - Proficiency in application configuration, ongoing project support, and integrating system components - Capability to assess data governance and records retention requirements and translate them into records archive solutions - Expertise in performance tuning tools, systems diagnostics, fault identification techniques, and troubleshooting complex IT system issues - Ability to adjust, modify, and improve IT systems,
