OpenText Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain OpenText Content Server and related modules
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of OpenText software
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Manage user access, permissions, and system security
Provide technical support for application integration and document management
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals
Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery processes are in place

Required Skills:

Strong experience with OpenText Content Server (v16 or higher preferred)
Good knowledge of OpenText Archive Server, Directory Services, and AppWorks
Experience with Linux/Windows server environments
Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation
Familiarity with databases like Oracle or SQL Server
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

OpenText certification(s)
Experience in enterprise document management or ECM projects
