Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Online Specialist - CM with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in speaking English and a background in ISV or Hi-Tech domains. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement along with the experience in Fin Crime investigation and fraud investigation. Responsibilities Develop and implement online strategies to enhance the companys digital presence. Monitor and analyze online traffic and user engagement metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content for various online platforms. Manage and update the companys website and social media profiles regularly. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve online performance. Ensure all online content aligns with the companys brand and messaging. Oversee the execution of online campaigns and measure their effectiveness. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for online marketing initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to online platforms. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in online marketing. Train and mentor junior team members on online marketing techniques. Report on the performance of online activities to senior management. Qualifications Must have excellent proficiency in speaking English. Should have a strong background in ISV or Hi-Tech domains. Must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in online marketing. Should have experience in managing websites and social media profiles. Must be able to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Should have strong project management skills. Must be able to work in rotational shifts. Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Should have a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Should have a good understanding of SEO and SEM. Must be familiar with online marketing tools and platforms.
