Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on both B2B and B2C environments. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to generate leads, manage accounts, and drive sales growth. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends. Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. Engage in both inside and outside sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients showcasing our products/services. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales or related fields is preferred. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in lead generation techniques and strategies is a plus. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
