Online Course Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote engineering courses.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and enquiries.
• Convert leads into successful enrolments by effective counselling and sales closure.
• Provide customized course recommendations based on student requirements.
• Address student queries related to courses, fees, schedules, and certifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate (any stream).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or education counselling is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
