Online Reputation Manager

In a healthcare-focused ecosystem, reputation is not just visibility—it is credibility. This role demands maturity, discretion, and a proactive mindset.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the organization’s

    online reputation strategy

    across Google, social platforms, healthcare review portals, forums, and news listings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to

    patient reviews, feedback, and ratings

    in a timely, empathetic, and compliant manner.
  • Develop structured workflows for

    negative review management, escalation, and resolution

    , including medico-legal sensitivity where required.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to

    push positive brand narratives

    and suppress negative or outdated search results ethically.
  • Lead

    crisis communication management

    during sensitive situations, misinformation, or public complaints.
  • Track brand sentiment, review velocity, ratings trends, and competitor benchmarks using ORM and listening tools.
  • Work closely with hospital/clinic operations, CRM, and patient experience teams to close the feedback loop.
  • Ensure all responses align with

    brand tone, regulatory guidelines, and patient confidentiality norms

  • Generate monthly ORM performance reports with insights, risks, and improvement recommendations.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of

    Online Reputation Management (ORM)

    frameworks
  • Experience with

    Google Business Profile, Practo, Lybrate, Trustpilot, Justdial

    , and social review platforms
  • Working knowledge of

    SEO, SERP management, and brand sentiment analysis

  • Exceptional written communication with high emotional intelligence
  • Crisis handling and stakeholder communication maturity
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, patient privacy, and ethical communication (preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with reporting and dashboard experience
Preferred Background
  • Prior experience in

    healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or health-tech brands

  • Exposure to multi-location or multi-doctor reputation management
  • Agency experience handling ORM for premium or sensitive brands
