OneTrust UCMP Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

OneTrust UCMP Implementation

• Deploy OneTrust cookie consent banners and configure Cross-Domain and Cross-Device Consent.
• Implement explicit consent capture mechanisms across online and offline touchpoints (e.g., concierge, dealer walk-ins).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, UK DPA, CCPA, DPDP Act, and other regional privacy regulations.

Integration & Data Flow

• Design and implement consent data stitching across multiple systems, including offline sources.
• Integrate OneTrust with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud for real-time consent synchronization.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure and scalable API integrations.

Technical Leadership

• Identify dependencies and gather inputs from privacy, legal, and IT teams.
• Define user roles and access controls for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on mobile SDK implementation for iOS and Android.

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure auditability and traceability of consent across all channels.

Documentation & Best Practices

• Prepare technical documentation and define best practices for consent management and data governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in configuring privacy platforms, preferably OneTrust UCMP.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and API integrations.
• Experience with mobile SDKs (iOS/Android) and offline system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OneTrust certification(s) in Consent & Preference Management.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or similar industries with complex customer touchpoints.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms and CRM systems.
