Role Description This is a Remote role for a One Identity Safeguard PAM Engineer at BLS 360 in Chennai, India. The Sr Developer / Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, integration, and operational support of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using the One Identity Safeguard platform. This role involves direct hands-on implementation of privileged session management, password vaulting, and policy enforcement for enterprise applications, including integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, and Active Directory. Employment Type: Contractor / Consultant / Part-time Working hours: Flexible Location: Remote Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of One Identity Safeguard solutions including Safeguard for Privileged Passwords (SPP) and Safeguard for Privileged Sessions (SPS) in enterprise environments. Architect and implement integration workflows for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion applications, and other cloud/on-prem systems requiring privileged access management and session auditing. Perform Active Directory and Azure AD integration with Safeguard PAM , including directory synchronization, service account management, and role-based access controls. Define and enforce privileged access policies, session recording configurations, and password management workflows to meet enterprise security and compliance requirements. Conduct risk assessments and privilege audits across integrated systems to identify control gaps and recommend mitigation strategies. Oversee vaulting of application, service, and database accounts , ensuring rotation, secure checkout processes, and policy compliance for privileged credentials. Configure and manage access request and approval workflows , integrating with ITSM tools like ServiceNow where applicable. Implement and troubleshoot session recording, auditing, and playback capabilities for critical applications and infrastructure components. Maintain deep operational oversight of the Safeguard platform, including patch management, high availability configuration, performance tuning, and incident resolution . Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for PAM incidents and implement proactive measures to improve security posture. Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure secure privileged access across hybrid environments . Mentor junior engineers and administrators , providing technical guidance on Safeguard best practices, API usage, and enterprise PAM governance. Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks for PAM implementations. Stay current on One Identity platform updates, industry trends, and compliance frameworks including NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 , and others relevant to PAM. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on, enterprise-scale experience with One Identity Safeguard PAM solutions (SPP, SPS) in production environments. Demonstrated experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, and Active Directory with PAM solutions. Strong experience with RESTful APIs, PowerShell scripting, and SQL for automation and customization . Solid understanding of privileged access governance, session management, password vaulting, and compliance reporting . Experience implementing PAM in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid infrastructure environments . One Identity certification highly preferred.
