Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 2-4 years of experience to join our team as an On-the-Job Training - Finance professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage financial data and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
