Job Description

On-Job Trainee in Human Resources will gain practical, hands-on experience by supporting the HR department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, learning the fundamentals of hospitality HR management.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:
Assist with the initial phases of the recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing candidate files.
HR Administration:
Support the maintenance of
employee files and records
, ensuring all documentation (digital and physical) is organized, accurate, and confidential.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and welcome kits, and support the coordination of orientation sessions and basic exit procedures.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a supportive contact for employees, answering basic queries regarding HR policies, uniform requests, and daily attendance procedures.
Training & Development:
Assist the HR team in coordinating training sessions, maintaining training attendance records, and organizing training materials.
Compliance & Data:
Ensure all data handling and administrative tasks adhere strictly to
confidentiality
policies and departmental guidelines.
