About KaaryaConnect

KaaryaConnect is a tradition-first services marketplace connecting families with trusted Purohits, astrologers, Brahmin cooks, traditional catering, decor, photographers, musicians, electricians, plumbers and more.

Provider onboarding is live, our Android app is in beta, and we are now scaling provider acquisition and activation across Hyderabad with an execution-focused, on-field onboarding manager.

Position - On-Field Call Center / BPO - Travel + Ads + Provider Onboarding Manager

What you will do

  • Run outbound calling and follow-ups to onboard service providers into KaaryaConnect.
  • Travel locally across Hyderabad to meet providers when required - collect details, support onboarding, and complete activation faster.
  • Explain onboarding steps clearly - profile setup, services, pricing, availability, documents and verification.
  • Collect provider details accurately and ensure clean data entry in Sheets/CRM.
  • Coordinate onboarding via calls, WhatsApp and email until activation is complete.
  • Post and manage provider acquisition ads/listings across platforms (local groups, classifieds, basic job portals).
  • Maintain lead pipeline - new leads, contacted, follow-up, documents pending, activated, dropped.
  • Track and publish daily onboarding KPIs - calls made, follow-ups closed, conversion rate, activation time.
  • Improve scripts, checklists, and SOPs to remove onboarding bottlenecks and increase conversion.
  • Escalate product or operations issues and drive closure with internal stakeholders.
Tools & skills
  • Strong spoken communication - Telugu + English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, field sales, customer support, or onboarding is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with targets, structured follow-ups, and high-volume calling.
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills - tracking, filters, basic reporting.
  • Comfort traveling locally and meeting providers professionally.

Compensation
  • Compensation will be discussed based on experience and interview performance.
  • Performance incentives may be included based on onboarding conversion and activation outcomes.
