OmniReach delivers digital excellence worldwide, driving Digital Transformation and Commerce Enablement through Cloud, Microservices, AI, Data Science and Security.Youll work on meaningful global projects across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, blending global scale with local insight.We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our software services team in Bangalore.The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing software development and digital transformation projects, particularly in the eCommerce domain.You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful client delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple client projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress against KPIs.
  • Implement and oversee Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) across cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and manage change requests effectively.
  • Motivate and mentor project teams to drive performance, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous improvement and contribute to process optimization across the delivery organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 710 years of experience in managing software development or IT consulting projects.
  • PMP certification is mandatory.
  • Experience managing eCommerce, retail tech, or large-scale digital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), and project delivery frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
