Description
As a dynamic Salesforce Delivery Manager & Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading Salesforce initiatives and establishing a top-notch Salesforce practice within our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, defining technical architectures, ensuring delivery excellence, and expanding the internal Salesforce team. Key Responsibilities: - **Salesforce Practice Leadership** - Establish and grow the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and internal delivery practice. - Define delivery frameworks, governance models, coding standards, and technical best practices. - Mentor and nurture a team comprising Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants. - Collaborate with leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business objectives. - **Delivery & Architecture Ownership** - Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across various clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Data Cloud. - Define enterprise-grade technical architectures, data models, and integration patterns. - Drive solution design, oversee development, and ensure timely and within-scope delivery. - Partner closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams. - **Integration & Enterprise Architecture** - Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). - Ensure alignment of Salesforce with broader enterprise architecture and IT governance standards. - Utilize API frameworks, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architecture. - **Innovation & Technical Leadership** - Stay updated on Salesforce ecosystem innovations like AI, Data Cloud, and automation features. - Provide thought leadership on Salesforce scalability, performance optimization, and security. - Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable components, and IP assets. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of overall experience with the Salesforce platform, with a minimum of 5 years in a delivery lead or architect role. - Proficiency across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Revenue/CPQ, Data, Community/Experience). - Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs). - Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment strategy (CI/CD). - Experience in integrations with ERP and eCommerce systems. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). - Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce project delivery. - Previous experience in building or scaling Salesforce teams or practices. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred), Application Architect / System Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud certifications.
