About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant with strong experience in Dell Boomi to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade integrations across ERP, HCM, Finance, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in OIC components along with proven experience in Dell Boomi integration and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – REST/SOAP, file-based, FBDI, scheduled orchestration, and app-driven flows.
- Build and maintain integrations on Dell Boomi including Atomsphere, connectors, workflows, and mappings.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions across ERP, SCM, HCM, and external applications.
- Handle integrations involving Oracle Fusion, legacy applications, on-prem systems, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Work extensively with OIC adapters (ERP, REST, SOAP, file, FTP, database, HCM, OCI).
- Troubleshoot integration failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide long-term resolution.
- Implement best practices for integration performance, security, logging, and error handling.
- Prepare technical documentation (MD50, TE20, integration design documents, mapping sheets).
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, architects, and business users to ensure high-quality delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years total experience, with minimum 5+ years in OIC and 2+ years in Dell Boomi.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models (Finance/SCM/HCM — any modules acceptable).
Hands-on Experience With
- OIC integrations (app-driven, scheduled, B2B, file-based, FBDI)
- Dell Boomi (process building, connectors, mapping, deploy & manage atoms)
- Webservices – REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT
- Integration security (OAuth, certificates, API authentication)
- Experience integrating with ERPs like Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP, or other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI) – added advantage.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to handle complex interfaces end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
