Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the existing Oracle EBS HRMS Landscape To Support Data Mapping And Extraction For Migration To Workday. Develop And Support Custom Pl/Sql Api's, Interfaces, And Reports Related To Hr, Payroll, And Otl Modules. Collaborate With The Workday Implementation Team To Align On Data Structures, Transformation Rules, And Integration Touchpoints. Extract And Transform Legacy Data (Employees, Assignments, Benefits, Etc.) To Workday-Compatible Formats (Csv, Xml, Json). Document Api Usage, Data Models, And Business Logic For Integration Reference. Troubleshoot Technical Issues Related To Data Migration, Apis, And Existing Customizations. Required Skills: Strong Technical Knowledge Of Oracle EBS HRMS Modules (Core Hr, Payroll, Otl). Proven Experience In Writing Pl/Sql, Apis, And Working With Oracle Hrms Open Interfaces. Good Understanding Of Workday Data Concepts Or Willingness To Quickly Learn. Familiarity With Data Extraction, Transformation, And Mapping Techniques. Hands-On Experience Working With Rest/Soap Apis, Xml, And Flat Files. Ability To Analyze And Document Existing System Customizations And Data Structures.
