Lead regional and state-level sales & marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals. Expand and manage networks including retail, institutional clients, and distribution channels. Utilize tools like Lead Management Software, Zoho, and Power BI for campaign tracking and performance analysis. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and ROI measurement for offline marketing activities. Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
