Offline Marketing Executive

You will be joining Wollybee, an innovative edutainment company that develops and sells original edutainment games and activities for children aged 0-12. As an Offline Marketing Executive at Wollybee, your primary role will involve generating leads and driving conversions for educational game events. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting cold calls to potential clients such as schools, libraries, summer camps, play schools, play zones, and individuals/groups organizing playdates and birthday parties. - Identifying and qualifying leads through effective questioning and communication. - Promoting Wollybee's educational game events, emphasizing the fun and learning aspects. - Converting leads into booked events by effectively communicating the value proposition of Wollybee's services. - Developing and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients. - Accurately recording and tracking all call activity and lead information. - Providing regular updates on call activity, lead generation, and conversion rates. - Working closely with the Wollybee team to achieve marketing and sales goals. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent phone etiquette and a confident phone presence. - Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of Wollybee's educational games. - Self-motivation, results-orientation, and the ability to work independently. - Enthusiasm and passion for working with children and promoting education. - Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel, CRM a plus). - Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated. - Organizational skills and attention to detail.
