The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure client retention and satisfaction through outbound and inbound calling. You will be tasked with generating client visits by following up with existing clients and leveraging your proven sales experience. In this role, you are expected to contact potential or existing customers using scripts to inform them about products or services. Daily calling activities will include around 150 calls on both dialer and manual platforms. Your goal will be to address customer objections, encourage them to visit stores/clinics for sales, and update customer information in Excel and CRM. Handling customer grievances effectively is crucial to maintaining the company's reputation and facilitating future sales. You will also be required to coordinate daily with clinical and field teams to ensure timely completion of work. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess excellent communication and soft skills to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in relevant computer programs such as auto dialers and MS Office is essential. A proven track record of meeting tele sales goals, the ability to learn about products and services, and a cool-tempered demeanor to handle rejection are also desirable qualities. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. Data Management: Accurately record and track all call activity and lead information.
