Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Offline Lead to spearhead the offline retail strategy and execution across GRIPIT’s brand portfolio. This person will be responsible for expanding retail footprints, forging channel partnerships, driving in-store sales, and ensuring brand visibility across physical retail formats.

If you’ve built offline distribution networks, scaled retail presence for premium tech/lifestyle products, and know how to make a brand win on-ground—this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the offline retail strategy for all GRIPIT brands across formats (LFRs, regional chains, MOM&POP, GT/MT).
  • Build and manage distributor/retailer relationships to ensure healthy partnerships and strong retail presence.
  • Lead negotiations, channel onboarding, and retail execution across India.
  • Oversee sell-in, sell-out performance, merchandising, and retail marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain, brand, and product teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and inventory planning.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to ensure strategic retail positioning.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, coverage expansion, and category share objectives.


Ideal Candidate

  • 6–10 years of experience in offline/channel sales, trade marketing, or retail strategy (preferably in consumer tech or lifestyle).
  • Strong network and experience across India’s major LFRs (e.g., Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling physical retail for new or global brands in India.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and team leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
