Job Description

About the role:

Handling the meetings with B2B Clients & Architects. Will be reporting to the Area Manager/ Regional Manager. The contribution will be entertaining the New leads through Architects/B2B Clients/there by converting them to orders. To generate the sales opportunities and convert into orders Should have sufficient knowledge about the other competitors in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing architects & key accounts.
  • Generate the project Inquiries with architect support and Builder meetings
  • Develop architect relationship from a long term perspective and developing B2B sales in the area
  • To Achieve the sales targets assigned for the region and Growth of B2B Segments,
  • Should be able to coordinate with sales team members of the area (as & when required)
  • Should maintain good coordination with all the important key persons for closing a prospective B2B client

Major Results and/or performance level expected out job:

Quantitative :

  • Enquiry generation & Targets in the specified time frame
  • No. of Architect (new/ repeat) meetings/ month (20/ month)
  • No. of B2B Meetings (4 per week)
  • No. of marketing Activities (2 per month)

Qualitative :

  • Should be able to close deals at healthy margins
  • Should be able to Close the deal on safe payment terms
  • Achieving Productive B2B meeting targets.

Job Effectiveness :

  • B2B enquiries & Conversions, Developing Architect Relationships, Timely Reporting on crm and pipeline/Order bank/Inquiry Bank.

Candidate requirements:

  • Graduate/ post Graduate in any discipline
  • 3 to 6 years of experience from the building materials industry. Experience of working with Architects & Developers & Govt departments
  • Proficiency in Languages read/ write/ speak (English/Kannada)
  • Decision making, Communication Skills, Presentation & Negotiation Skills, Computer Proficiency.
  • Willing to travel to the potential areas for site meetings and Field mapping
  • Should have excellent Account management skills, Team work, Result oriented
