Your Mission: Quality Without Compromise

As an Officer in our Quality Control Division, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our products meet the highest standards. From raw materials to finished goods, your keen eye and technical expertise will help us deliver excellence every time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• ✅ Perform timely testing and release of RM, FG, PM, water, and ETP samples.
• 🔍 Conduct offline inspections of finished goods at the unit.
• 🧪 Calibrate instruments like GC, Spectrometer, Viscometer, pH meter, etc., and maintain accurate records.
• 📋 Support QA and ISO 9001 audits with prompt compliance reporting.
• 🌍 Conduct terminal inspections for export orders.
• 🛡️ Assist LM audits ensuring zero non-conformities and timely compliance.
• 📊 Prepare monthly QA reports and QRI/PRI.
• 🧭 Collaborate with Corporate QA to implement quality and compliance strategies.
• 📚 Uphold Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• 🌱 Foster a culture of 5S and Kaizen at the workplace.
• 🛠️ Develop and implement robust QC processes and guidelines.
• 🔎 Inspect production processes and materials to identify and resolve quality issues.
• 📐 Review technical documents to ensure product compliance.
• 📈 Analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement.
• 🎓 Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:

  3–4 years in a similar industry with hands-on QC experience.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in handling critical instruments.
• Strong command of English.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• SAP experience is a must.

• Education:

  B.Sc., BE, or B.Tech in Chemical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Production disciplines preferred.
