Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin & Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in vendor coordination, petty cash handling, and overall office management.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

  • Manage calls, emails, and visitor handling with professionalism.
  • Maintain visitor logs, handle courier receipts/dispatch, and coordinate front-office activities.

Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee office supplies, stationery, and procurement needs.
  • Manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.

Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors for office operations (housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, supplies).
  • Negotiate pricing and maintain vendor agreements and service levels.

Petty Cash Management

  • Handle petty cash expenses, maintain records, and prepare weekly/monthly reconciliations.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and support HR during hiring activities.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks when required.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform

    any other tasks, duties, or responsibilities

    assigned by the management

    as and when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 25 years of experience in office administration/reception roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude and customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in coordinating with vendors and managing routine office operations.
