Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers with at least 4+ years of professional experience in software development. If you have expertise in technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, or similar, and a strong passion for solving business challenges with the best engineering practices, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web and cloud-based applications. Youll be involved in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance. Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow developers, to turn requirements into technical solutions that address business needs. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Follow industry best practices and adhere to company coding standards to deliver high-quality software solutions. Actively participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help enhance our development workflows. Tackle complex technical challenges and develop creative solutions. Your critical thinking and troubleshooting skills will play a key role in ensuring project success. What You Bring: Experience and Expertise: Over 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js), front-end frameworks (Angular, React), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You’re also skilled in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. You’re comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and have experience building scalable, secure, and resilient applications. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. You’re proactive in identifying challenges and driving effective solutions. Team Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork abilities. You collaborate well with colleagues from various functions and contribute to a positive, productive team environment.
