Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Sales & Business Development Lead to grow and nurture our client base, develop new business opportunities, and lead revenue-driving initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of the IT services landscape and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Youll play a strategic role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and close new clients, driving pipeline development and new project wins. Account Growth: Nurture and expand existing client relationships to uncover new business opportunities and upsell IT services. Strategic Planning: Design and implement sales strategies aligned with company OKRs and KPIs. Set performance goals and consistently evaluate success metrics. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats. Proposal Development: Lead RFP responses, client proposals, and pitch presentations to win new business and retain current clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align client needs, project goals, and delivery execution. Event & Sponsorship Activation: Represent YTP at industry events, sponsorships, and client activations to boost brand visibility and strengthen networks. Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain C-level and senior-level relationships within client organizations. Sales Enablement: Develop training materials, pitch decks, and talking points for internal use to enhance team readiness and messaging consistency. Required Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in IT or technology services. Demonstrated ability to set and manage OKRs/KPIs and track performance independently. Proven success in generating revenue, securing new clients, and expanding existing accounts. Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions (e.g., software development, cloud services, managed services, digital transformation). Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting dashboards. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a client-facing role within a tech consulting or IT services company. Experience leveraging data analytics and reporting tools to monitor client growth and performance. Familiarity with AI/ML-driven sales enablement tools is a plus.
