This role represents the owner’s office in daily coordination. 🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1️⃣ Tele-Sales & Sales CoordinationCalling: Dealers Enquiries Existing customers (follow-ups) Maintaining: Enquiry register Dealer contact database Follow-up on: Quotations Dispatch status Repeat orders Sharing daily sales follow-up report with owner 2️⃣ Payment Follow-up & CoordinationRegular payment reminders to dealers Tracking: Outstanding payments Due dates Coordinating with accounts team Escalating delayed payments to owner / sales head Maintaining payment follow-up records 3️⃣ Purchase & Vendor CoordinationPreparing purchase requirement list Calling vendors for: Quotations Delivery timelines Follow-up on pending materials Coordinating with store / production for material status 4️⃣ Recruitment & HR SupportPosting job requirements (WhatsApp / portals) Shortlisting CVs Coordinating interviews Maintaining employee records Basic HR documentation support 5️⃣ Office AdministrationHandling phone calls & emails Maintaining files, records & data Preparing simple MIS reports Coordinating between: Sales Production Accounts Acting on tasks assigned by owner
