Job Description

Job Title: Housekeeping & Admin Executive

Location: Noida sector 63

Department: Administration / Operations

Reporting To: Factory Manager / Director

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (factory or industrial admin experience preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Team Handling: 10+ housekeeping staff, daily vendors, and contractors

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Housekeeping & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day factory upkeep, coordinate facility services, ensure operational hygiene, and support building infrastructure maintenance. You will oversee a team of 10+ housekeeping staff and work closely with admin vendors, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained working environment across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Hygiene

Supervise and train 10+ housekeeping staff on cleaning SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols

Prepare and monitor daily/weekly cleaning schedules for production areas, offices, washrooms, canteen, and common spaces

Conduct surprise checks and ensure daily cleanliness is maintained as per company standards

Ensure correct use of cleaning chemicals and consumables, and maintain proper inventory

Handle pest control scheduling and coordination

Factory Infrastructure & Maintenance

Regular inspection of building and factory premises for preventive and breakdown maintenance

Coordinate basic civil and electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, and minor construction/renovation work with vendors

Manage AMC contracts and follow up on timely servicing of electricals, generators, ACs, water filters, etc.

Ensure uninterrupted functioning of factory utilities like water supply, lighting, toilets, and waste management

Admin Operations

Oversee smooth functioning of Wi-Fi and basic IT infrastructure, liaising with vendors for repairs or upgrades

Monitor CCTV functioning and storage if applicable

Coordinate with internal departments for any space/furniture/stationery/admin needs

Ensure factory notice boards, posters, and team communication areas are up to date and neat

Vendor & Inventory Management

Source and manage vendors for housekeeping materials, sanitation supplies, electrical fittings, and repair services

Maintain monthly stock registers for admin supplies and cleaning materials

Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality

Track invoices, delivery timelines, and ensure vendor payments are cleared with accounts team

Compliance & Safety

Ensure that fire extinguishers and safety infrastructure are in working condition

Coordinate for deep cleaning, fogging, or sanitization activities as needed

Work closely with HR/Admin team during audits to ensure facility compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping/admin/facility management (industrial/factory experience preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Basic knowledge of building maintenance, civil work, electrical systems, and IT support

Good communication and reporting abilities

Proficient in maintaining checklists, registers, and vendor records

Must be hands-on, dependable, and solution-oriented

Working knowledge of Hindi and/or the local language preferred
