You should possess exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to effectively manage scheduling, calendar, phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Your responsibilities will include managing accountability sheets, delegation sheets, and follow-ups, coordinating meetings (both executive and operational), preparing agendas, and taking minutes. You will also be responsible for managing leave applications, accident reports, and employee/vendor records, tracking sales data, customer records, and enquiry capture, and ensuring timely reporting and updates to the Business Development team. This position is only open to female candidates and is a Full-time role with a Day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is required for this in-person work location.,
