Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP/Accounting Software Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations Handle accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, and billing Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing Support in preparing MIS reports for management review Manage stock records, inventory reconciliation, and stock reporting Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies & regulations Requirements Minimum 6 months of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (preferred) Knowledge of Tally/ERP software & MS Excel Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day office tasks and general maintenance Assist in product packaging and preparation for dispatch Support in loading/unloading products in trucks for delivery Coordinate with office staff and other team members for smooth workflow Perform outdoor work such as bank visits, courier, material collection, etc. Serve refreshments and maintain cleanliness of office premises Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management Requirements Minimum qualification: 10th Pass Previous experience in a similar role preferred Physically fit and willing to handle loading/unloading work Punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking Ability to multitask and follow instructions properly
