Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Administrative Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across Office, IT, and HR administration.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured environment, and values both client-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination. As the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll represent our brand while ensuring smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Welcome and assist clients inperson or on phone
  • Manage office opening/closing and overall upkeep
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

IT Administration (Basic Level)

  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT and office equipment(laptops, phones, SIMs)
  • Coordinate with external IT support for troubleshooting

HR Administration

  • Guide new employees through onboarding and orientation
  • Monitor attendance through biometric login & leave management system
  • Prepare attendance reports for payroll support
  • Manage employee records, documentation, and offboarding processes

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong command of Malayalam (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional, customer-friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar tools)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
  • Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR/employee management systems
  • Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
  • Prior experience in office management or coordination roles
  • Familiarity with attendance/leave tracking tools

Location & Work Arrangement

  • Location: Tripunitura, Kochi, Kerala
  • Work Mode: Full-time, in-office position
  • Working Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
