Site Supervisor - Solar (Thrissur/Angamaly)

Role Description

Kraftwork is now looking for Site Supervisors in Kochi. This is a full-time on-site role. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring end to end completion of residential/commercial PV projects.

• Site Surveys: Visit customer locations to survey the roof and house to determine feasibility & design of the PV system.
• Customer Success: Enable proper communication with customers to ensure that the customer is aware of the project status, next step, payment milestones etc. Handle all document collection & filing related to the project including KSEB / MNRE, Loan documents etc.
• Installation: Manage a team of installers and ensure proper allocation of resources for project installation, day to day tracking of project completion status and remove any bottlenecks that come up during installation
• Troubleshooting & Service: Handle post installation technical queries of the customer related to power production, maintenance and service.
• Reviews and referrals: Maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, and tracking the referrals generated through the project teams.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: Diploma or Graduation in any discipline
• Prior experience in solar industry
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
• Self-motivated, Go-getter
• Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
