Kraftwork Solar, a prominent provider of solar and renewable energy solutions in Kerala, India, is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join their team. With a rich history spanning over 30 years and having catered to more than 20,000 clients nationwide, Kraftwork offers an array of services including rooftop solar solutions, solar drying solutions, and solar water heating solutions for residential and commercial customers. As a Sales Manager at Kraftwork Solar, you will be instrumental in propelling sales growth for the company's EPC services focused on solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify prospective clients, craft project proposals, and successfully close deals. Your responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads for solar EPC projects, particularly targeting Residential, MSME, and Apartment clients. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to evaluate project feasibility, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solar PV solutions. Presenting technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships will also be key aspects of your role. Qualifications for this position include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy), a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling solar EPC services, and a proven track record of surpassing sales targets. A strong grasp of solar PV technology, EPC project lifecycles, and effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in sales tools and software, such as CRM, is also desired. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with solar project financing options and an understanding of relevant permitting processes for solar installations. The role offers a competitive base salary, an attractive incentive package exceeding 100% of the base salary, travel allowance, and the opportunity to advance your career in the rapidly growing solar industry. This position is full-time and based in multiple locations across Kerala.
