Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative operations of the organization, including office facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, and vendor coordination across all offices and factory locations. Your role will involve ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Understand department structures and their respective teams, manage reporting processes, documentation, and obtain necessary management approvals. Maintain effective communication with all departments for smooth administrative functioning. - Supervise office premises located on different floors and oversee factory units across various locations. Coordinate with the Store and Purchase department for stock and supplies. Ensure workplace infrastructure, furniture, and equipment are well maintained. - Plan and assign shifts for housekeeping and facility staff across all locations. Conduct interviews, define job roles, monitor registers, and ensure timely clearance of invoices for facility/housekeeping agencies. - Maintain records and ensure approvals for various items. Track consumption, reorder levels, and maintain cost efficiency in inventory management. - Review list of equipment/areas requiring maintenance, ensure AMCs are in place, supervise periodic maintenance checks, and delegate repair work efficiently. Maintain maintenance logs and ensure timely completion of repair activities. - Provide training and guidance to the Admin and Facility teams, review performance, assign responsibilities, and support the management in implementing process improvements and best practices. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline, preferably with specialization in Administration/Management. - 5-10 years of experience in Administration/Facility Management in a manufacturing or corporate setup.
